El Sequer & Xaymaca are located on the outskirts of the small and quaint Spanish village of Benimeli, a few miles inland from Denia on Alicante's Costa Blanca. In a rural setting, surrounded by citrus groves and a semicircle of mountains, Benimeli is well connected with Valencia and Alicante and other coastal resort towns. The village offers all commodities for residents and visitors alike. Within a radius of 3 - 30 Kms. there are: 3 nature parks, a safari park, magnificent beaches, 3 golf courses, walking and cycling routes; prehistoric caves, castles, vestiges of Roman settlements, potteries; 4 theme and water parks, excellent restaurants and wineries, local markets, etc.

Vacation Rental Property

Both our houses date back to the 19th century and have been magnificently restored respecting traditional architectural features and materials while incorporating modern installations for a comfortable and pleasant stay so that our guests immediately feel at home. El Sequer has two bedrooms, one full bathroom with whirlpool bath, living.-dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Xaymaca has four en-suite bedrooms, two large living rooms, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Both homes have their own gardens, swimming pool, fruit orchard and parking area. Peaceful and tranquil surroundings, panoramic views and personal attention by the owners who will happily facilitate information on the area.

Xaymaca: 4 bedrooms: two with kingsized beds, two with twin beds; all with ensuite bathrooms. (Sleeps 8)

Bed and bath linen provided. Duvets and blankets for winter lets.
