Guanajuato is known as the craddle of Mexican Independence from the Spanish Crown. It is also a UNESCO designated historic city, and is full of culture and arts. Diego Rivera, famous mexican muralist was born here and his house is now a museum. Other artists like Olga Costa and Chavez morado also had their residences here. Guanajuato, is also famous for its culture, from symphony, to theater you are sure to find quality and magnificense. An architectural jewel, Guanajuato offers uniqueness, as it started as a mining town and later evolved into a city. In fact, most of the automobile traffic goes underground on a series of tunnels that used to connect to the City water.

Our Bed and Breakfast is located in one of the best neighborhoods, besides being historic, it is also quiet and clean. We are just accross the street from San Sebastian Temple another UNESCO designated historic building. The new owners completely remodeled this house to be a Bed and Breakfast with flair. It is decorated with authentic art, in an elegant but comfortable way. Our service is outstanding, as our clients leave more than satisfied and rested.

Rooms/Suites

We have six guest rooms with a full private bath each. The room interiors are also very colonial and surround our nice covered patio. We have also put special attention on making the beds extra comfortable, to ensure our guests a good night sleep.
In our lounge area we have coffee and tea service, as well as a big screen t.v. with satellite for our guests. Where we get HBO, ESPN CNN, etc.
