Lantern Hill Guesthouse

The Guest House is set in a semi-detached Victorian Cottage, in the centre of Grahamstown, (just off High Street) within a two-minute walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Walk 400 meters to Rhodes University, the Rhodes Chapel, the Cathedral, the collection of African Musical Instruments at ILAM, the Albany Museum and High Court.
The house has a separate entrance with an open plan lounge/dinning room and guest kitchen. A buffet and English breakfast served with personalised service.

This old Victorian cottage (built circa 1886) with yellowwood floors has:
· 4 twin bedrooms
· 1 double bedroom
· Facilities to provide a king size bed on prior request
· A separate garden room with a double bed with kitchenette and bathroom

· 5 rooms are en-suite with shower & 1 room is en-suite with a bath

Directions

Lantern Hill is two blocks away from the busstop. We will collect guests if they give us at least 24 hours notice.

From Port Elizabeth.
Second traffic light left - 1st street left, follow sign board

From East London
Turn right into Market Street, right into Hill Street, cross over one traffic light, turn left into Huntly, follow sign board.
