Top Floor Moscow

TopFloor is perfectly located in the heart of Moscow. Our beautiful balcony overlooks the Chekov theatr and the Mayakovskaya square. Our Guesthouse is spacious and cosy. The rooms are clean and western standard. We provide a warm place in Moscow so that you can feel relaxed when here, we will help you out with maps, directions and serve you up fresh coffee or tea in the morning.

Our Guesthouse is not a hostel. We are smaller and have more space and less beds, so you will feel more comfortable and relaxed. We have aircondition, which is a must in the summer as Moscow gets really hot. We have hot water all year around, also a must as they turn off the water in Moscow during one month every summer. Our Guesthouse is safe - nicely decorated and has all the facilities you can expect, internet, WiFi, washing machine. Our shower has music in it and even a telephone :)


TopFloor is Western managed; we speak over 10 languages - most likely yours. English - Russian - French - Italian - German - Swedish - Danish - Norwegian, even Thai :)

We can arrange guides for you, inexpensive taxis. We can serve you up traditional Russian food for you to enjoy. Everything - that's convenient and easy for you. Moscow is a big city, having a nice place to go back to and helpful staff can really make or break your visit to Moscow.


We know the historical sites; we know restaurants and the night life and are happy to share our experience and knowledge with you.
