The Goodnight Hostel - Lisbon has the perfect location - the heart of Lisbon's historical downtown area, on a pedestrian street parallel to the famous Rua Augusta, very close to the city's great monuments, and the best nightlife.

The Goodnight Hostel BUILDING IS BEAUTIFULL and history itself, built in the 18th century, with HUGE WINDOWS, nice balconies, the DECOR IS AMAZING, and it´s prepared to receive friendly/cool travelers, who wish to enjoy, relax and learn about Lisbon and Portugal, in a very chilled atmosphere.

Our facilities include: twelve rooms, with comfortable beds, 4 STYLISH BATHROOMS each with high pressure hot showers, 2 common rooms, A cozy DVD/playstation room a nice big kitchen with cooking equipment, free Internet and WI-FI for personal laptops.


THE BEST LOCATION: Baixa, or downtown Lisbon, is the heart of the city.It stretches from the riverfront to the main avenue (Avenida da Liberdade), with streets named according to the shopkeepers and craftsmen who traded in the area. Built on the 18th Century, this was Europe's first great example of neoclassical design and urban planning, and one of the finest European architectural achievements of the age (it is currently being considered to be listed as a World Heritage Site).

From The Airport: (Aero-Bus 91): Leave the bus at the Praca do Comercio stop, Head straight through the big Arch and continue straight ahead on Rua Augusta street, turn right on Rua da Vitoria and make a left at Rua dos Correeiros, building number 113 2nd floor.

By Subway: Take the green or the blue line to the Baixa/Chiado station. take the Rua do Ouro/Rua do Crucifixo exit. Once outside walk straigh ahead, cross Rua Augusta, make a left at Rua dos Correeiros, it´s on number113 2nd floor.

From Sta Apolonia train station: Catch the subway (blue line) to Baixa/Chiado station, take the Rua do Ouro/Rua do Crucifixo exit. Once outside walk straigh ahead, cross Rua Augusta, and make a left at Rua dos Correeiros, building n? 113 2nf floor. OR Take any bus to Praca do Comercio stop (there are many!) and then follow the instructions above for the airport shuttle bus.

From the ORIENTE or Sete Rios BUS/Train station: Follow the subway instructions (red and then green line).
