You would like to spend a few days in Umbria and you are undecided between the cultural vacation and the relaxing vacation? Just 15-20 km from Perugia.

Try visiting us Vesna and Imad, who welcome you in their house, an ex Franciscan monastery. Just outside the ancient village of Civitella Benazzone and only a few kilometers from Perugia.

Painted with the colors of the earth and the sun, the stone and arcs were left visible to reveal the original building, an old convent. The bedrooms are ample and comfortable.

Berry jams, cakes and home made breads are some of the ingredients of the predominantly biological breakfast served in a terrace .

We have 3 rooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin, located on the first floor and separated from our residence. Very silent, bright in the daytime and with a panoramic view that is a true feast for the eyes.


The beautiful bathroom is shared. The shower is ample, comfortable and entirely decorated in mosaic.

The two main reasons why we have chosen to live in Civitella are first, the marvellous position on the hill, silent and calm, a way of enjoying the nature and the country as if we were centuries away from the civilization. Secondly, our strategic position. Close to all the important centers of Umbria, from a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 60 kms you can visit Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Foligno, Gubbio, Trevi, Todi, Lago Trasimeno and so many other villages.

By Car:
FROM NORTH:
Highway A1 Firenze-Roma, exit Valdichiana, then link Bettolle-Perugia, go on in direction Cesena, exit Bridge Pattoli;
or highway Milan-Bologna, exit then Cesena speedway And-45 Ravenna-Rome, exit Bridge Pattoli.

FROM SOUTH:
Highway exit A1 Roma-Firenze Orte,e-45 direction Cesena, exit Bridge Pattoli.


From Bridge Pattoli follow signs to Casa del Diavolo (home of the Devil) and Civitella Benazzone; take the paved road full of curves (so much so that in just 3 kms you reach 440 meters above sea level!

By train: station Bridge S. Giovanni (PG) and then take a taxi up to Civitella Benazzone.

We are 20 Kms drive from Perugia- from Assisi 30 Kms - from I Skin and Foligno 50 Kms - from Gubbio 35 Kms - from Trevi and Orvieto 50 Kms

Florence and Rome are easily reachable by car, train and bus.
