Welcome to Dublin's hostel, the Shining boasts a clean, bright and friendly atmosphere.

The Shining Hostel is situated in the heart of Dublin's City Centre, just north of the River Liffey. 1 minute walk from bustling O'Connell St and the GPO. 2 minutes walk from Connolly Railway Station and Busaras, the main bus depot. Trinity College and Temple Bar are within 5 minutes walk.

Our hostel has 4 floor in the buliding - total 14 bedroom & 150 beds. All dorms.
We have a living room with big Tv and free dvd flim.
Our kichen has an oven ,micmave,cooker,fridge,and things for cooking.

How To Get To Us !

From Airport
Bus Number 41 or 16A, These bus runs approximately every 15 minutes. Travel to the last stop on Marlborough Street. The Shining Hostel is on Marlborough Street. Approx cost: €1.80
Bus Number 747

An express bus service which runs every 15 minutes. It will take you to the main bus station, Busaras.
Turn on to Talbot Street and walk towards the City Center to the junction of Marlborough Street. Approx cost: €6.00


Taxi
Will leave you outside the door of the Shining Hostel. Approx cost: €20.00


From The Ferry Ports
From Dublin Port, there is a bus to the main bus station, Busaras. Turn on to Talbot Street and walk toward the City Center to the junction of Marlborough Street. Approx cost:€1.80


From Dun Laoghaire
Take the DART to Connelly Street Station and follow Talbot Street towards the City Center to the junction with Marlborough Street. Approx cost: €1.80


From Busaras (main bus station) Walk from the station on to Talbot Street and follow to the junction with Marlborough Street.
