Edi's Sea View Rooms

Welcome to Dubrovnik. Edi's Sea View Rooms are located directly on the Pile Beach (Old Town), 50 meters near the historic part of Dubrovnik city center.The guest house has been recently renovated and everything inside is new. All 5 rooms in house have Air Conditioning. All the rooms have also king size beds, one big bed for 2 person. On the first floor there is one room with amazing sea view,private bathroom,air condition. On the 2 floor we have 2 rooms with the amazing sea view and each of this 2 rooms have the private bathroom,also on the 2 floor we have 1 more room with private bathroom inside the room without sea view.On the last 3 th floor there is 1 more room with the private bathroom inside the room also without sea view.
Please keep in minds that we have 5 rooms in the house and they all have the private bathrooms and 3 of them have amazing sea view-first floor 1 room with the sea view and private bathroom,second floor two rooms with the sea view and each with the private bathroom,and we have another 2 rooms on the second and third floor with the private bathroom inside the room without sea view but also nice view to the Hilton -Imperial hotel and hill of Srdj.So 5 rooms 3 rooms with the sea view and 2 rooms with no sea view and they all have private bathroom.

If you have any special wish or request if you want sea view room please always contact the owner Edi who is always ready to help you and change the type of the or room for you or anything you want.All type of rooms have the same price.
We have also nice big terrace which is for everybody in the house where you can relax any time from early morning til late evening.
Also we have free WiFi and Lan connection.
Our guests are always very happy with our accommodation and friendly atmosphere and that is why they always leave satisfied and they always recommend us.
Our guest house is just 30 seconds walking from the beach, old town main street,from grocery store, internet coffee, restaurants, galleries, historical monuments and numerous cafes and bars. We are sure you will enjoy Dubrovnik and our guest house.City center of Dubrovnik is a place were you can have anything you want from a vacation from fun, culture beautiful nature and romantic touch. Friendly owner Edi will help you any time with anything, they call him a walking travel agent and he is always around the house and there for you,speaks very good English and German. Please note that payment on arrival is in cash.We do not accept Credit Card payments.

We are on the Pile beach(Old Town). The nearest bus stop is Pile bus stop, which is located on the Pile gate (one of the entrances of Old Town). Pile bus stop is just 20 seconds walking from our guest house.

There are buses and taxi who are taking you all the way to the old town, the Pile Gate is just 50 m from our house.Our house is located just 20 meters from the only Croatia Airlines office in Dubrovnik which is 30 meters from the old town .
