Boucan Canot Hotel and Restaurant reopened on the 1st of December 2000 after a complete rebuilding and modernization of the structure. A beautiful residence with a typical Creole touch. The hotel is a four- stars one according to the standard classification since 1st march 2004. Among the 50 guest rooms, there are 38 standard rooms, 8 Junior Suites, 2 transit rooms and 2 rooms especially equipped for disabled people. The gastronomic restaurant is completely open, offering you a panoramic view over the swimming-pool, the beach and the ocean. For lunch and dinner, our Cook chief proposes a large variety of meals, according the French cooking method and the local taste and products.
