The oceanview penthouse vacation rental condo is completely up to date with American standards of air conditioning, pressurized water system, water cooler, fully-equipped kitchen, and a custom-made entertainment center with cable TV, DVD/CD player, VCR, and a Super Nintendo game system.

The dining room, living room, kitchen, and guest bedroom/bathroom are on the third floor of the Cozumel rental. These rooms have handmade furniture by local craftsmen, giving the decor an authentic Mexican theme. The living room futon couch converts into a bed that can sleep two children or one adult. A half bath is located just off the living room. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed, which converts into two twins, and has access to the third floor balcony. The third floor balcony has a gas grill for outdoor cooking and also has table and chairs for enjoying outdoor dining. The vacation rental condo's numerous large windows and sliding glass doors to the balcony not only provide ambience and views but also access to the outdoors and the comfortable island breezes, or you can always turn on the air conditioning.

The Cozumel condo vacation rental's master bedroom is located on the fourth floor with a 15-foot domed ceiling and an almost full 360-degree panoramic view. The master bedroom has access to two large balconies, one side is open so you can sunbathe in private and features a jacuzzi tub, and the other side is covered so you can relax in the shade.
