Our B&B InandOut is located in an ancient and distinctive mansion of the 18th century, there is no lift, very close to the famous Campo dei Fiori and right in the heart of the historical centre of Rome

B&B InandOut offers comfortable rooms with a contemporary design and bright, welcoming colours. Each is equipped with own bathroom, air conditioning , Sat.TV is available in each bedroom and a safety box, we offer free internet access for those travelling with their own laptop.
Daily cleaning of the rooms as well as change of the towels.

At InandOut you are completely independent as you get your own set of keys, so you will be able to come and go as you like.

Close to our B&B you will find many good restaurants and bars, shopping areas (pharmacies, dry cleaner, boutiques, a tipical roman market on Campo dei Fiori). When it comes to choosing pubs or restaurants, our staff will be glad to recommend you the “gems” of the tipical roman cuisine or help you to organize your tours –maybe revealing less known places of the capital.

Buffet Breakfast, bed linen, towels and courtesy set for the bathroom are all included in the price. It is possible to book on line your room for a minimum of two nights' stay, should you need to book for one night only please ring or e-mail us and this can be arranged.
Payment: a 20% deposit is required, please arrange a bank transfer or pay via Paypal.
Cancellation policy: with at least ten or more days notice the deposit will be completely refunded; with at least a week notice 50% of the deposit will be refunded; with less than a week notice the deposit will not at all be refunded.

Other Information

Check-in: from 10.30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., different arrival times must be communicated and arranged with the owner.
Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
Payment: the full balance must be settled on arrival before receiving your own set of keys.
