Surrounding Area

We are situated on private woodland, just 1 km from the highway and cycle trail and minutes from top class golf clubs and the Mont Blanc centre, and within easy reach of the many and varied activities of the Mont Tremblant region. In winter guests can enjoy our log fires, and in summer have full use of our sun deck and beautiful English garden. For nature watchers there is a nearby lake surrounded by wild woodland, and in winter the opportunity to go snow-shoeing and cross-country skiing.

Accommodations

We have two guest bedrooms and a fully equipped self-catering family suite with another two bedrooms. Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the covered garden deck. Our rooms are soundproofed and the house is furnished to a very high standard. we are classified by the Quebec Ministry of Tourism as a "4 suns" B&B establishment. You will find Mountain Nirvana to be a haven of peace and tranquility.

Rooms/Suites

Our air-conditioned "Somerset" room with private bathroom can sleep 3 with 1 Queen and 1 single sofa bed. "Devon" can sleep up to a family of 6, with two doubles and a double sofa bed, and en-suite bathroom. Our chalet-style suite has a double bedroom and another with a double bed and a double futon. It also has a lounge with 2 sofas, a dining table, separate entrance, woodstove, satellite TV, en-suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Amenities

Evening meals can be provided by prior arrangement, and special facilities can be offered for group get-togethers and week-end retreats. With couples sharing the four rooms, up to 15 people can be accommodated.

Services Offered

Some reductions on winter sports and golf packages are available. Snow shoes are available for hire.

Restrictions

We have Hugo, a large friendly Labrador, and can only accept pets in the suite, by prior arrangement. We are a no smoking establishment.

Directions

1 hr + out of Montreal on Autoroute 15 / Route 117, 12 km past St Agathe, look for large Royale Laurentien Chalet sign. Get in the LH lane and exit left onto Chemin du Lac Rougeaud. After 1/2 km turn up the private driveway at the blue "Mountain Nirvana" sign on the only street light.
