Golden Acorn Casino is just 2 miles up the road, as well as La Posta Casino. We offer horseback riding, fishing, camping, massages, and our country broiler restaurant. Best food on the mountain.
Mc Cain Valley is just 5 miles from our resort where you can enjoy hiking trails, and a 1500 acre off road vehicle park.
15 miles over in the town of Campo you can take a ride on the Historic Train Ride, which includes a 16 mile round trip that features vintage equipment from the museum collection passenger cars from the '20's.

Our horse back riding offers beautiful guided trails for your riding enjoyment. All trail rides are guided for your comfort and safety. We offer horse boarding as well, and additional services which include grooming, excercising, and training.
Our community provides a serene atmosphere to make your stay pleasurable, relaxing and romantic. Live Oak Springs Resort is the perfect location for a memorable wedding night or mountain getaway. We have indoor seating for 100 and outdoor seating is unlimited.

We offer RV camping and tent camping. All sites have water and electric hook ups. We also have a dump station. Laundry is also located on premises.

Our country style cabins are decorated with quilts, country collectibles and folk art. They're 2 story a-frame cabins. Each has its own jacuzzi and fireplace, as well as a tv/vcr, hbo, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker, heating and air conditiong.

Directions

From San Diego, travel east on I-8, approximately 62 miles (or one hour) to the Crestwood Road, Live Oak Springs exit. Make one right turn onto Old Highway 80. Drive 2 miles to our entrance, following the signs to our "Tourist Info Center". The entrance is on the left at Royal Drive.

From Yuma, travel west on I-8, for approximately 2 hours, to the Boulevard, Manzanita exit. Make a left turn, go under the freeway to the first stop sign. Turn right onto Old Highway 80. Drive 3 miles to our entrance, following the signs to our "Tourist Info Center". The entrance is on the right at Royal Drive.) If you miss the Boulevard/Manzanita exit, take the next exit, Crestwood Road, Live Oak Springs.)
