Accommodations

Back home the original pump house under our deck has been converted into an intimate chapel for fairy tale weddings. Gay flower filled candelit ceremonies have often been interrupted by 4 legged visitors, much to the delight of the bridal couple and their invited entourage – anything is possible when you exchange vows on the fringes of the jungle …. Small personalized weddings are tailor made to suit most every couples' whims, needs and for this once in a lifetime event the complete function will be arranged and co ordinated by River House.

Rooms/Suites

Our comfortable 5 Star graded Guest House is located on the banks of the Crocodile river , in complete harmony with the African bush. We have 12 individually decorated en – suite bedrooms with a choice of either 2 singles or 1 double bed. All bathrooms have a shower over bath ,hairdryer and amenities are provided, whilst the rooms have coffee making facilities ,ceiling fans as well as being airconditioned. Every room has a private balcony with superb river and Kruger Park South views. Apart from the chance of spotting lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, rhino and much more( as we do !) our garden is a bird watchers' paradise.Apart from our bedrooms River House has one selfcatering unit which can sleep up to 6 people. It is fully equipped and comfortable whilst not as the same standard of the house. Naturally our pool, deck and garden can be enjoyed by those who prefer a selfcatering option.
