Appalachian Trail Adventures (ATA) has a unique approach to health and fitness, with hiking as its core activity. Our guests are hikers who do not feel comfortable hitting the trails alone and those seeking a healthful living vacation. Our programs offer day hikes and excursions to the most scenic Vermont villages in small group settings.
For fitness activities other than hiking, we offer excise and yoga classes. In addition, each evening we offer a cooking demonstration. À la carte activities include Registered Dieticians, Personnel Trainers, horseback riding, canoeing, kayaking, fly fishing, clay shooting, bird watching, rock climbing, caving, cycling and mountain biking.
We provide an all inclusive vacation with unmatched accommodations, spa cuisine and experienced guides that will maximize this unparalleled Vermont vacation. Unlike other spas where guests spend a good deal of their time on the spa property, we encourage our guests of all physical abilities to explore Vermont.
