Our professional and experienced nutrition advisers support you throughout the process. Take part in daily classes on a range of subjects such as healthy eating, yoga and meditation. Our yoga and healthy eating retreats offer a different but similarly relaxing experience. Practice yoga and learn about how to prepare delicious and healthy vegetarian dishes such as raw lasagne and avocado chocolate pie. Our yoga classes offer a range of practices from strong vinyasa flow to more supported, restorative postures, meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) that will help you to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and reduce stress and are suitable for all levels of experience. There are daily cooking classes where you can prepare (and eat) a variety of delicious and healthy foods, as well as classes on ways to improve your diet and lifestyle

Accommodations

Our latest retreats will be held at a beautiful villa in the south of France in June 2009. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and there is a pool with stunning views across the local landscape. The villa also has a sauna and jacuzzi and guests can indulge in different types of massages, like Thai massage, Foot Reflexology and Deep Tissue Massage. Comfortable rooms in a convenient location about 10 minutes from the nearest town of Bergerac.

We will also be offering retreats in Goa, India at our beachside location at Mandrem Beach in February and March of 2009 and in southern Turkey on the Meditteranean coast in October of 2009.

All rooms come with twin or double beds and ensuite bathrooms.
