Description of Surrounding Area

St. Francis Bay is a paradise for watersports enthusiasts, white sandy beaches and ideal conditions for surfing. In season - August to October - whales can be seen in the bay of St. Francis.The architecture of the place is one of its kind in South Africa with all the houses having thatch roofs. and the many canals offer boating and fishing to enthousiasts.Two wonderful golfcourses are in the village. Addo National Park and Tsitsikamma National Park are within an hour's drive as well as Schotia and Shamwari Private Game Reserves. Catch the famous wave at Bruces Beauties or Jeffreys Bay. There are many good hikes in and around Baviaanskloof or along the coastline by Cape St. Francis.Visit Port Elizabeth aquarium and snake park and the Shell Museum in Jeffreys Bay.


This is a beautiful upmarket, thatched, private holiday home situated on the high dunes overlooking the St Francis Bay Golf Course, 200m from the Club house, 300m from St Francis Links, 200m to the shops and village centre and about 400m to the beach.Absolutely private, north facing garden with garden furniture , braii (bar-b-que) and stunning, uninterrupted views to the distant mountains and coastline. The cottage is tastefully furnished with a touch of Africa and safari furnishings, sleeping 6 people in 3 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.It can be serviced if required.
The large open plan kitchen and laundry is fully equipped with brand new appliances.

There are 3 double bedrooms sleeping 6 people. The large Master bedroom is ensuite with corner bath and seperate shower, extra-long king-size bed/or 2 Singles and fitted cupboards.
The 2 smaller double bedrooms with common bathroom are either as kingsize or twin and also with fitted cupboards.
Beautiful linen and towels provided. All the beds and bedding are new.

Fully equipped kitchen and laundry with all new appliances.
DVD, DSTV and Hifi system are provided.
Double Garage, Security System and Safe.

Services Offered

The house may be serviced on request. A house-keeper may come daily and costs R100.- per day.

Sorry, no smoking is allowed in the house and we do not take pets.
