We are in striking distance of the brand new golf course which is also opposite the adventure park, Terra Mitica and the new animal park/water park, Terra Natura. We would like to introduce you to the newest golf course set in the hills just above Benidorm and within walking distance from our apartment. Real de Faula Golf Club Designed by Jack Nicklaus these two 18-hole golf courses in a pine filled valley near Benidorm are suitable for all levels of player.

Vacation Rental Property

The spacious apartment is one of 20 residential units and is located in a secure gated complex, a stones throw from Benidorm our apartment is on the border of La Nucia, Costa Blanca Spain.

The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people ~ one large community pool set in mature landscaped gardens with Benidorm Island views.


Our holiday apartment enjoys south facing balcony over looking swimming pool, table tennis and BBQ area, and garden. Accommodation will sleep up to 6 people.

Take advantage of all Benidorm has to offer but sleep well at night in the tranquility of typically spanish surroundings.

*American kitchen includes fridge, washing machine, iron/ironing board, Electric kettle, toaster, Microwave, 4 ring ceramic hob with oven, All the utensils you will need. With free electric.

*Apartment has an emersion heater, so all the hot water you require.

*Master bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan.

*Second and third bedrooms have two single beds, single built in warbdrobe.

* All bed linen, bath sheet and hand towel included

*South facing Balcony over looking pools and garden. with table and 4 chairs.

*Car park has wheelchair access, just one small step in to front of apartment.

Directions

Finding us couldn't be easier, if you decide to hire a car we provide you with full detailed instructions and we "meet and greet" you personally at our apartment and give you a guided tour of the apartment and offer any advice you need. If you do not wish to drive, we can arrange your airport transfers, we can help you hire a car once you are settled, or, you can use our friendly local taxi driver who will take you into Benidorm and surrounding beaches such as ALBIR, ALTEA, CALPE or VILLA JOYOSA.
