Vacation Rental Property
This beautiful 2-story house features a large living room with cable HDTV, comfy sofabed, and a stunning bathroom with shower, large sink, and toilet. There is also a walk-in closet off the living room. Also on the ground floor is the vast kitchen, with two (2) 5-burner cooktops, oven, 2 sinks, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and large amounts of granite counter space, including an island. Massage can be arranged on-site.
There is WiFi throughout.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen bed (150 x 190), and three balconies with views of the Albaicin, Alhambra Palace and Sierra Nevada mountain. The master bath has a separate air-jet tub and shower, as well as a double sink. The bathroom is finished in beautiful black slate.
There is an extremely large front garden terrace outside the living room, and a private rooftop terrace above the master bedroom. The front terrace features lots of plants & trees, and is one story above street level, for great privacy and security combined with jaw-dropping views. This house has some of the best views, and one of the best locations in the Albaicin.
