Surrounding Area

3 miles from disney, windsor palms is a gated resort which rewards guests with complimentary leisure activities such as: basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, olympic sized swimming pool, large jacuzzi, childrens pool, childrens play area, bbq pits. there is a large clubhouse with meeting rooms, fitness centre, pool and table tennis, cinema, supplies store to purchase necessities, rent videos/dvds, purchase starbucks coffee, book the shuttle (for a small charge, the shuttle can take you to and from the major attractions. it runs several times per day). there is a business centre where for a small charge guests can access the internet, print documents, send and recieve faxes, print photos.
just outside of the resort is Mystic Dunes golf course (a discount is offered to windsor palms guests) there are several more courses within a short drive. 2 minutes down sand hill road is the 192 with all its restaurantes and stores. The I4 is only a few minutes further on allowing access to beaches and busch gardens

Vacation Rental Property

the villa is beautifully and comfortably furnished to welcome guests home after a hard day at Disney. there is a large family area with cable tv, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfasting nook overlooking the pool. there is a formal dining area away from the hubub of the family area. the washer and dryer are housed in a seperate nook off the kitchen. the games room is away from the main part off the house, so that the adults can relax whilst the children play.
outside, the pool is surrounded by fully furnished decks. there is a patio table and chairs in a shaded area, sun loungers and chairs out on the deck. at the front of the house is off road parking. the villa is situated very close to the clubhouse and all its amenities.
