A private dock on the Iowa River for your boat. Cabin is handicap accessible. Central Air. Full Kitchen. We serve a full breakfast. Outside you can take a walk in the woods or visit the Butterfly House or stroll around the flower gardens.

Rooms/Suites

Two bedrooms with log beds and pillow top mattresses. The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy the fireplace while reading books or watching television. Sit at the table and look out over the river and enjoy the birds at the feeder.

We have 16 eating establishments for your dining pleasure. You can browse in The Book Cellar/Coffee Attic and enjoy a variety of wonderful, unforgettable drinks of special coffees. The Princess Cafe' has a hugh marble ice cream counter and delicious ice cream sundaes. The town of Iowa falls is within walking distance.
