Surrounding area is very quiet close to the nearest city beach and Old Town of Dubrovnik. Close to two 5 star hotel Excelsior and Argentina. Close to store, grocery stores,restaurants, historical monuments and nice places to walk and have fun.

Accommodations

Dubrovnik Residence is situated on Ploce part, in one building on second floor. Each room has its own key and it is safe and secure area.

Rooms/Suites

Inside each double room there is air-conditioning unit, mini bar, SAT/TV, coffe machine and bathroom. Each room is provided with linen and towels, and there is no extra charges for electricity or water.

Amenities

Night clubs and restaurants are only 10 minutes away from us. Two conference rooms are situated in nearby hotels and wellnes centers too.

Services Offered

Services that we offer too are transportation services from airport, harbour or bus station, and possibility of arrangement of a guide.

Restrictions

Pets are not allowed, this are in general non smoking rooms but for smokers we can rent too but that has to be arranget prior with the owner.

Directions

Directions to our accomodation are easy. Just follow signs to hotels Argentina and Excelsior and befor them you will see Biker's Caffe on your left hand side. There you should park and call me to show you the way to my accomodation .

Discounts Offered

Discounts offered are only for rentals more than 7 days. Discount amount is 5%.
