After a ten minute-drive from Kralendijk and the airport, you will find KonTiki. A quiet, romantic place where you can enjoy good food and nice drinks, inside in a cozy atmosphere or outside on the deck. From the shaded terrace you'll have a beautiful view over the bay. You can watch the "Magnificent Frigate bird", hanging like flying "anchors" in the sky. In the cactus garden you'll see hummingbirds sipping nectar from the flowers. At the cozy bar you can enjoy good music and nice drinks. Try the Mango- or Banana Rum shake or a Tequila Sunrise!

our restaurant you'll see many pieces of driftwood art for sale from Bob and Annemieke. A dutch couple, spending many vacations on Bonaire in the past, fell in love with the beauty, the quietness, friendliness and warmth of the island. In May 2000 they settled down on Bonaire. Bob, inspired by the drift wood, creates special furniture, chairs, benches and lamps from drift wood. Also new wood has his special attention.Annemieke has a very creative mind and processes the drift wood into her unique paintings and frames. She also shows her creativity in making eccentric lamps, coconut dolls, mirrors and small sculptures. She also creates golden, silver and titanium jewelry.
