Accommodations

We have 4 guest rooms in the Main House, each with a private bathroom.We also offer a separate, two-story Carriage House -- a luxurious two-story historic building completely renovated. (Awarded in 2004 The Historic Staunton Foundation award for excellence in design and renovation.)

Rooms/Suites

All of our rooms have down featherbeds and down comforters (although you can request we remove the down, if you prefer). All guests also have access to a microwave and refrigerator. Candies, chocolates, baskets of bathroom extras, flowers and plants are also part of the B&B experience we offer.

Amenities

FREE high-speed Internet access is available throughout the bed and breakfast, even in the gardens. We also have a TV lounge, providing a microwave and refrigerator for guests as well as snacks which are available all the time. Coffee and tea are also available all the time for guests.

Restrictions

We have provided a separate 4' x 6' kennel area for your pets. If you are traveling with a pet, please notify us and we try to make special arrangements for you whenever possible.Smoking is only allowed outside.Well-mannered children are welcome (usually this means over the age of 12).

Directions

We are in downtown Staunton. Follow the signs to "historic Downtown Staunton" and you will end up on Coalter Street, which intersects with our street: Frederick Street. We are in the 6th block, on Frederick Street, number 216 West Frederick Street, on the left-hand side.
