Accommodations

Fit Health into Life operates out of the 50-room Lodge at Ventana Canyon. Nestled into the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains, the resort offers breathtaking views of the mountains and city.

Rooms/Suites

Each 800-square-foot guest room contains a kitchenette, dining area, living area, oversized bathroom, and private patio or balcony. The rooms are equipped with complimentary high speed internet access, data ports, 27" televisions, and micro-fiber robes.

Amenities

The resort’s amenities include a heated junior olympic size swimming pool with lap lanes, a 24-hour fitness center, and men's and women's locker rooms with steam, sauna, and whirlpools.

Services Offered

Two massages are included in your Fit Health into Life vacation package. Additional massages and other spa services are available a la carte, upon request.

Rates & Availability

We run the Fit Health into Life program in the fall (September), winter (January), and spring (May). We have space available September 13-18, 2009. The double occupancy, all-inclusive price is $2,500. (Add $500 for single occupancy.)

Fit Health into Life's health and wellness retreat is a fun, active experience. You'll nurture your body, mind, and soul with daily exercise, balanced meals, and good laughs. A typical day at Fit Health into Life begins with a 30 minute stretch class. After breakfast, you decide to participate in a beginner, intermediate, or advanced hiking experience. You eat lunch on the trail and return to the hotel in the late afternoon. At the resort, you enjoy an afternoon fitness class and/or massage before dinner. After dinner, we offer informal lectures and/or workshops on health-related topics. At the end of the day, you delight in your deluxe accommodations.
