Good Tastes of Tuscany wants you to experience the best that living in Tuscany provides. We offer a well versed program of culinary delights with four different cooking courses, such as are single day classes "A First Taste of Tuscany" which is our most popular class introduction class to authentic Tuscan cuisine. For the gourmand looking to expand their repertoire should try "An Italian Immersion" our advanced Tuscan cooking class. For those looking for the entire culinary experience our "Bella Toscana" customized two and three day programs would be a perfect fit. We also offer a week long culinary adventure - Villa Pandolfini Gastronomical Adventure" designed for lovers of Tuscany and all that it represents – the charming medieval towns, the centuries old traditions, the people and their culture, the art and of course, the great food and wine!!.

Typical Day

On the single day classes we start off with a coffee and a welcome , meet the chef and other attendees, apron up and wash your hands! Ready to go! The chef will provide you with your cookbook where you can take some notes also, You will then start your culinary experience learning, cooking and laughing. 4 or 5 courses depending which lkevel of class you chose and then the big sit down lunch to toast to your success. Those who are interested can request prior a tour of the cellar and part of the villa.
