Garden Villa

It is located in one of the most charming parts of Warsaw – characterized by many green areas and different architectural styles - a quiet district of old Mokotów. “Garden Villa” is located very close to center with easy transport to all parts of our city.

Besides a welcoming and warm interior we offer our guests access to a free watched parking and a large, old garden (400m2) - all on a closed, secured property. The building itself is an old, built before-war building, which offers 16 person rooms on 3 floors (from 2 to 8 person rooms), conference/rest room, dining room and a kitchen.

In our pension we have following rooms available:

- 3 double rooms with a shower and a sink;
- 1 double rooms with a sink;
- 6 double rooms with a bathroom accessed on the corridor;

- 2 triple rooms with a bathroom accessed on the corridor;
- 1 quadruple room with a bathroom accessed on the corridor (dormitory);
- 3 dormitory rooms (6-7-8person) with a bathroom accessed on the corridor (dormitory);

On the ground floor there is a room for our guests where they can rest, watch tv or listen to some music (a small bar will be available in the middle of October). This room may be also easily used as a conference room holding up to 35 people. Next to it there is an open kitchen to prepare your own meals or you can choose smth from the available menu.

In July and August 2006 we carried out a grand renovation to welcome our guests with new décor and a clean surrounding but also keeping the unique character of the building.

Our guests may use our Internet service - a computer available in the reception. Besides those having their own portable computers with WiFi may use our local WIFi network

Reach the gate, go inside and on the right you will see our pension.
