Ai Tre Ponti”, new brand Bed and Breakfast, opened in April 2006, located in the historical centre of Venice, just a few steps from cars and buses terminal Piazzale Roma, 10 minutes walking from the railway station Santa Lucia and extremely strategically positioned to have easy access to the main attractions, like Rialto bridge, the Academy and Saint Mark’s Square.

Our rooms overlook the Canal with a magnificent view and they all have air conditioning, TV, Bathroom, hair dryer; also, a cosy living room is available to relax from the Venetian walking and a kitchen area where you can get your meals. A reception/concierge is at your disposal to help you and to answer all your questions.

From the Airport:
*Venezia Marco Polo (journey time approx. 15 min)
Catch bus ACTV number 5 or bus ATVO towards Piazzale Roma
* Treviso San Giusepe (journey time approx. 1 h e15 min)
Catch bus ATVO towards Piazzale Roma

• From Train Station Santa Lucia :
Catch the public boat, named “Vaporetto” 1 or 82 towards Piazzale or alternatively walking (about 10 minutes) to Piazzale Roma.

• From Piazzale Roma :
Follow direction Cassa Di Risparmio, once passed turn right and cross the white bridge in front of you (keep on your left the wooden bridge), walk straight for approx. 50 metres, there we are located at the corner between the street and the Canal!
