Maya Guesthouse

Our guesthouse can be found in the centre of Gyenesdiás, in romantic, peaceful and refreshing surroundings. Gyenesdias is located next to the city of Keszthely off highway 71 (Balaton).

You can spend your holidays or weekends in familiar surroundings in our guesthouse in Gyenesdiás on the shore of Lake Balaton. We have apartments and double rooms available for our guests. There are an abundance of facilities available including cable tv, toilet, kitchen, dining-room and terrace.

We have a large shared living-room where you can have breakfast or lunch. We also have a playground, sand-pit, swing, garden furniture, deck-chairs, barbecue in the garden.

We will assist you in choosing the best programs in Gyenesdiás and the surrounding region. There are many activities available including scenic trips, shooting, thermal baths, horse-riding, tripes on horse-driven carriages, other programs in the village and in the region. Large shared living-room where you can have breakfast or lunch. Playground, sand-pit, swing, garden furniture, deck-chairs, barbecue in the garden. Shopping center and restaurants can also be found nearby.

Directions

Our house is located in Gyenesdiás off highway 71 (Balaton). The entrance to our property is directly at the pedestrian crossing lamp between the Községháza (city hall) and Y Studio/Óvoda.

From the Budapest Airport (Ferihegy) circa 200 KM to Gyenesdiás:

From the Budapest Airport (Ferihegy) by car take the M0 in direction Lake Balaton, then take the M7 (aound the Balaton South Shore/Side). From M7 take Highway 76 towards Balatonszentgyörgy.

In Balatonszentgyörgy take Highway 71 towards Keszthely. By Fenékpuszta turn right at the fork towards Keszthely. Follow Highway 71 through Keszthely. In Keszthely you will come to a traffic circle (Roundabout) by the McDonalds. In the roundabout/traffic circle take the exit in direction of Balatonfüred. At this point you are already in Gyenesdiás and on the Kossuth Utca (Street).

Approximately 200 meters you will come to a Pedestrian Crossing Light. The pedestrian crossing is located between the Községháza and the Y-Computer Studio/Óvoda.

The entrance to our property is to the right just before the pedestrian crossing at the entrance to the parking for Y-Studio. The address is Kossuth Utca 104.

From the Sármellék Airport circa 20 KM to Gyenesdiás:

From the Sármellék Airport by car take Highway 75 in direction of Héviz/Keszthely. In the town of Alsópáhok turn right on Highway 71 towards Keszthely. Follow Highway 71 through Keszthely. In Keszthely you will come to a traffic circle (Roundabout) by the McDonalds.

In the roundabout/traffic circle take the exit in direction of Balatonfüred. At this point you are already in Gyenesdiás and on the Kossuth Utca (Street).
