Surrounding Area

This 1800 square foot apartment is located in Westpunt at the West End of the island of Curacao. It is within walking distance of 3 beaches and the Lodge Kura Hulanda, and within a 10 minute drive to the beaches of Lagun, Jeremi, and Knip. We are located near Christoffel National Park and Boca Tabla. There have been over 40 species of birds (out of 160) spotted from the house. We believe that some of the best dive and snorkel sites in the Caribbean are located on the west end of Curacao.

Vacation Rental Property

This apartment is on the second floor with spectacular views of the water and sunsets. There is a spacious living area and porch with windows with a 360 degree view of the ocean and mountains. We are now serving lunch and dinner on the terrace on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

There are 3 bedrooms and one bath. There is also a twin bed with sleep trundle on the porch. All the beds are furnished with premium American mattresses, pillows, and bedding. The bedrooms have air-conditioning, the shower has hot water.

There is local phone service, television, VCR, DVD player, wireless Internet and kitchen. There is a washer and dryer available. You have access to a grill and secured parking.

Services Offered

Owners live on premise. They have snorkling gear, kayaks, and mountain bikes available to their clients. They will accompany them on dives or hikes in the park.

The cost for this whole apartment, not per person is only $200 a night.

Other Information

Just a 40 minute drive to the city of Willemstad and 25 minutes from the airport. There you can golf, tour caves, ride a horse, ostrich or ATV, swim with the dolphins or rays, visit an aloe or ostrich farm, the oldest synagogue in the caribbean, walk across the floating bridge, shop and stop by the casinos in a beautiful Dutch influenced city. Guests will need a vehicle if they plan to tour the island.

Directions

From the airport, follow signs to Westpunt. Take a right at the cemetary, across from Jaanchi's, and your first left at the field and follow around the corner. House is green on the left with wall around it. Look for signs that say Sunshine Getaway and Sol Food.
