Located close to SeaTac airport, and just 15 minutes away from the city of Federal Way and Tacoma where the U of WA Tacoma branch is located as well as glass museums, art galleries, theatre, and recreational facilities.Parks, beaches, mountains, water sports are all close by for your enjoyment. We also recommend several fine restaurants in our area.

Inside the cottage you will find a fully appointed retro styled kitchen with microwave oven, gas range, refrigerator and other small appliances. The Living Room has a gas burning fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD. The charming Library, with hand painted murals, data port and desk offers a relaxing area to sit and read some of the interesting books on the local area. The sumptuous Roman styled bath with a beautiful mural is equipped with a large double Jacuzzi and a walk in glass block shower for two. Stereo music from overhead speakers will sooth you while you bathe.The master bedroom, located in the upstairs loft, is dressed in Blue & White French Toile bed and window coverings, and the Queen Size bed offers a wonderful nights sleep. Plump pillows, down blankets & comforter and soft cotton robes & slippers await you.The cottage is a wonderful getaway for up to four adults traveling together as we have added a second bedroom with twin beds. Your breakfast is brought to you in the morning in a lovely Country Basket, at your convenience.

Massage services are available, must be requested when reservations are made. We will also make your restaurant reservations, purchase flowers, candy, small gifts for your loved one upon request before arrival.Anniversary, Birthday, Wedding night packages available for additional cost depending on the choice.

We cannot accommodate young children or pets.No smoking on premises. State law restricts smoking in WA Minumum stay 2 nights, major holidays 4 nights, ask us for most recent updates. One night by chance.

Directions

From I-5 N. or S., exit at #143, west on S.320th for 5 miles to 47th Ave. SW (or Hoyt Rd). Turn R, travel to next stop sign at Dash Point Rd. (Hwy. 509), turn L, travel past Dash Point State Park, about a half mile. You will enter Pierce County, cross a bridge, and the second road to the left (South), is 21st. Ave. N.E. Turn up the hill (left), go two blocks to Austin Rd. N.E., turn R, and your at Rose Cottage Guest House. Register at the large house behind the cottage.
