Description of Surrounding Area

The house is on Weler's Bay located in Prince Edward County 2 hours east of Toronto. The "County" is a pennisula with 400 miles of varied coastline on Lake Ontario, one of the Great Lakes. The area is full of sandy pristine beaches with giant sand dunes. The area features lots of do: visit the many local wineries, golfing, swiiming, hiking, birdwatching, shoping and dining in the many quaint historic villages (the area os one of the oldest parts of Canada)

This deluxw house faces westward onto Weller's bay. With three spacious bedrooms, a large living room with a stone fireplace, full equipped kitchen, games room, 2 full bathrooms, and hot-tub is not to be missed. 16 ft canoe, bikes, and fishing equipment, outdoor game equipment, bedding and linens all provided tehre will not be a dull moment. Great for families.
