we are set 4 mins drive from lousa town, in fantastic gorgous countryside with fabulous views all round, there are forests to the back of of us for exploring in, and walks and trails all around, theter is lots to do and see all around.

a very large spacious apartment, just off the road, with a drive for parking,the apartment is selfcatering with all gas electric supplied free.its very nicely decorated, and contains everthing you need to make your stay homely and cosy.there is a nice balcony to sit and admire the views, with table and chairs.and from bedroom 2 there is sliding doors to a 80 sq ft sun terrace with barbucue and dining table and chairs.

there are three bedrooms, 2 double rooms and a bedroom with two single beds in, you can sleep six people comfortably, there is a spacious bathroom with bath and shower.all bedding and towels are supplied for you.

there is a well equipped kitchen with microwave cooker fridge, and a welcome food{drink pack supplied.in the front room there is a dining table/chairs. a tv,video,cd,dvd, lots of fims and music, many reading books, and a table with all local info and places to vist.

Services Offered

the apartment is selfcatering so there is everthing you need to make your stay pleasent, the owners are near by if you need to know anything, and 5 mins walk down the road ,is the fonte cafe,with a shop, bar, and maria can cook you a nice meal.

there is only smoking on the balcony, and sorry we do not allow pets

in lousa town there is lots of shops supermarkets banks, restaurents, cafes, a large park, two swimming pools, a museum, a castle with great views, river beachs, tours, coimbra is a great city to vist and is 22 k/Mts away. there is horse riding, go karts, bowling, and the beach is only 40 mins drive away.there is lots of mountainbike trails near us, canoeing, waking trails, 4x4 tracks, bird site seeing,

Directions

to drive to portugalmanderlay leave the A1 at junction 12 to coimbra, and then follow the n17 to lousa, when in lousa centre, follow the 555 up the hill past the fonte, and we are on the right , after the football campo sign.
