Accommodations

Built in 1845 by a wealthy Sea Captain,, this architecturally significant Greek Revival style home has been restored to its former glory. The restoration reflects its distinctive past while adding elegant sophistication to its guest lodgings. The ten accommodations all offer private en suite bathrooms with Jacuzzis, cable TV's with VCR's, phones, bathrobes and hair dryers and private enterances. World class antiques and exquisite window treatments adorn all the rooms.

Rooms/Suites

All rooms and suites are large and have a comfortable queen or king size bed. We use only high quality linens, towels and amenities. All of our rooms have large private bathrooms some with double jucuzzi tubs. Some rooms have fireplaces and some have sun decks.
All rooms have TV and room phones.

Amenities

A Full seasonal Brreakfast is served daily (8:30 am thru 9:45 am) in the dining room and/or our courtyard. WIFI avaialable as well as a computer set up in the courtyard for guest use. Many very nice reseraunts and night clubs nearby

CANCELLATION POLICY When making reservations please remember that you are making a commitment to us and we are making one to you. Should you need to cancel all or part of a reservation, we must receive notice no less than fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received less than fourteen (14) days prior to your current arrival date will be nonrefundable. Call us if you must cancel your stay with us. We realize that life does happen and plans do change. We will make every effort to work with you. If rooms are rebooked, a full refund will be returned (less $25).

Directions

From Boston- From Boston Follow Route 93S to Route 3S- Follow Rte 3 South and cross the Sagamore Bridge onto - Rte 6 East toward Hyannis- Follow Rte 6 East and get off at Exit 8 (So.Yarmouth)- Take a right off the exit ramp onto Station Avenue- Follow Station Avenue for 2.1 miles to the Yield Sign- Continue straight and you will immediately come to the - Intersection of Rte 28- Continue straight through. - The Captain Farris House is about one block on your right- Park in our lot across the street, and come in the front door.- It takes about 1 1/2 Hours from Boston to our door.Check-In 3 - 7 PM or please call(508) 760-2818 or (800) 350-9477 Check-Out at 11 AM
