Our Ocean View "Little Grass Shack" is ideally located on the top (3rd) floor with an extra wall of windows for maximum views, privacy, security and cooling tropical breezes. We do have air conditioning but you'll rarely need it. Our "shack" has been updated and is kept immaculately clean! It's completely stocked with everything you'll need for a perfect vacation from kitchen stuff to all beach equipment. It's uncluttered, romantic and filled with aloha.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

The large bedroom has a very comfy king-sized bed that can be converted into 2 singles if necessary. The double futon in the living room will accommodate 2 small kids or 1 adult. Bathroom features a large newly-tiled shower with seat and loads of shelf space for all your goodies. Hairdryer is provided.

Amenities

Our condo is complete with free high speed internet access, 2 cable TV's, DVD player, radio w/CD player, air conditioning, ceiling fans, ironing board & iron, loads of closet space, telephone w/answering machine. We have a coffee pot , microwave, blender, food processor, everything to make you feel at home.

Restrictions

Please, no pets or smoking in our condo. Note that we are on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It's an easy walk up and it's a good remedy for all the delicious food you'll be enjoying!

Other Information

Kihei Kai Nani is a quaint, low key complex on over 5 acres of tropical grounds. It's a throw back to gentler days and ways. Aloha is still practiced here. Free parking is right outside your door. A large laundry room is available for your use, as well as shuffle board, gas BBQ's and the party pavilion.
