ACCORD gives you the choice of two locations near Paris: 'Saint-Nicolas' and 'Le Rocheton'.
The rich and varied program is aimed at teenagers between 13 and 17. We make every efort to ensure that we satisfy the concerns of the parents regarding quality of teaching and opportunities to have fun, make friends from other nationalities, discover Paris and take part in sports and cultural activities.
The Saint Nicolas campus is open in July ad August. Le Rcheton program is open in July only.

Typical Day

Morning: French class
Lunch
Afternoon : Excursion to Paris or Parisian region (Le Louvre museum, the Eiffel Tower, Orsay museum, the Invalides, castles, Notre-Dame cathedral, Montmartre, Père Lachaise, shops in Paris, theme park: Asterix or Eurodisney,...) / Sports activities / preparation of the show of the end of the stay / workshops,...
Dinner or picnic

Evening: Evening in Paris (Champs Elysées, cinema, boat trip on the Seine, Montparnasse Tower,...) / Evenings organized by the activity leaders.

Age range, type of group

Teens from 13 to 17, whatever their level in French is (from complete beginners to high intermediate).
French lessons are in multional classes (around 20 different nationalities): 15h per week.
Maximum of 15 students per class.
Classrooms are in the residence.

Sleeping and meals

Full board accommodation: breakfast + lunch or picnic + dinner every day.
At Saint-Nicolas campus: rooms with four beds, communal showers and toilets on each floor. Sheets are provided and changed once a week. Towels are not provided.
At Le Rocheton campus: rooms with four beds, with en-suite shower and toilets. Sheets are provided and chenged once a week. Towels are not provided.
At the residences: a common room, classrooms equiped with audio and video material, cafeteria, self-service restaurant,...
At Saint Nicolas campus: big games hall (volley-ball, basket-bal, badmington, hand-ball,...).
At Le Rocheton residence: volley-ball, badmington, ping-pong, and swimming pool once per stay.

Restrictions

Non smoking programs. No pets allowed.

Other Information

Le Rocheton is located nearby the Fontainebleau forest, 30 minutes away from Paris by train. Le Rocheton lies in an area famous for its historical sites, its castles, ans its forest with ancient trees. With this location in the countryside, this residence is recommended for teens from 13 to 17.

Saint Nicolas campus lies in a quiet and charming district of Issy les Moulineaux. It is located in southern Paris and gives an easy access to the famous sites of the capital city. With this urban location, this residence is recommended for teens between 15 and 17.
