Arca villa is a spacious, luxury villa for rent which can accommodate up to twelve people. Built on a hillside to catch the trade- winds breezes so that air conditioning is not necessary, it is in a quiet location, with wonderful view over Falmouth Harbour, surrounded by many tropical trees.
Around an open patio there are five bedrooms, each with private bathroom, ceiling fan and wooden furniture. Few steps lead down to the large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, from which it s possible to go to the terrace and reach the swimming pool and BBQ zone.
In the lower level there is a studio with double bed, bathroom and kitchen with private entrance.

In the villa there are 6 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom, so up to twelve people can accomodate comfortably. Two bedrooms have a queen size bed, 3 bedrooms have 2 twin beds each , then there is a studio with 2 beds and private entrance.
