Lagun is a tranquil village about 15 to 18 miles from Willemstad. The locals are friendly and helpful.
You won’t find casino’s large hotels or disco’s in Lagun. It’s because of the peace and quiet and the beautiful nature that draws the people to stay in Lagun. This is what makes Lagun so special and we will do our best to keep the authenticity of Lagun from changing. Most of the houses along the cost are weekend houses. This means that in the weekend it gets a little busier when the owners come down.

Lagun Apartments are the ideal accommodation for all persons visiting Curacao, especially for divers. Upon request we can make dive arrangements.

The Lagun house reef is about 30 yards off of the coast and there are plenty of other great diving locations nearby. Snorkeling in the bay is a true event because you can see so many beautiful fish swim by. Also for families with children there is always something to do and to see. If you’re lucky you can see the dolphins swim by and sea turtles are also spotted regularly.

Each apartment contains: basic equipped kitchen with stove, oven & refrigerator, bedroom (queen-size bed) with air-condition and private bathroom, living room with sofa-bed for two and TV set (local television), front porch, balcony with sea-view, connecting apartments available upon request.

Public beaches nearby are: Lagun Beach and Jeremi Beach, within one (1) minute. Kenepa Beach 5 minutes by car. Other beaches, villages and the Nature Reservation "Christoffel Park" can be reached within 15 minutes by car, the airport (30 minutes), downtown Willemstad (35 minutes).
