Description of Surrounding Area

Located on the North End of Green Turtle Cay and 3 miles south of the historic village of New Plymouth.
The property is 500 feet wide and has beaches on 2 sides.
A dock is provided for boats up to 23 feet.
You can use a golf cart during your stay to get around. We are 5 minutes away from Brendal's Dive shop...where you can join Brendal on diving, snorkeling or picnic trips.

Shelling, sea glass collecting and snorkeling is available just in front of the property.
Deep Sea fishing or reef fishing with a local guide is highly sought after.
The island which is only 4 miles long ,offers privacy ,gorgeous sunrises and sunsets ...Local restaurants encompass native cuisine to continental cuisine in the two local resorts.

We have 5 cottages to choose from.
Our 2 new additions are the Conch Shell and Conch Pearl cottages which each have 3 bedrooms /2 baths ...are DIRECTLY on the ocean .Deluxe and comfortable best discribe these cottages. It offers all the amenities of home in a serene and beautiful setting.
Our Bali-Hi and Pink cottage each have views of BOTH the ocean and the Bay ..They have 2 bedrooms ,large porches with table and chairs whre you can dine al fresco or enjoy a good book ..all while looking at the water.

Finally, our Tahiti cottage is a one bedroom /1 bath cottage witha large king size bedroom . It has been a favorite of couples and honeymooners with many returning year after year. You can watch the sunset directly from th eporch of the Tahiti cottage.

1 300.00 security deposit is required for the new Conch cottages.

deposit is 500.00 due at booking and balance is due 40 days prior to arrival.

Fly into Treasure Cay [ TCB airport ]...then take a taxi to the ferry dosck about a mile away [ 4.00p.p.]....
the ferry will bring you to Cocobay .The cost 10.00p.p.
