2-night minimum stay over the weekends and 3-night minimum stay over holidays. 50% deposit at time of reservation booking. If payment is by Personal or Cashier's Checks, full payment is required within 14 days of your arrival date. If by credit card, the balance is due the day before arrival. Missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly. $25 service fee for all cancellations. Cancellation requires confirmation by phone or e-mail. Voice mail messages not accepted for cancellations. Cancellations prior to 14 days of your arrival date receive full refund of deposit less the $25 service fee. No refund for cancellation within 14 days of your arrival date.

Directions

From Broken Bow, go approx 9-10 miles north on Scenic Highway US-259 to the Hochatown area. Watch for the Big Green sign, that reads 'Stephens Gap Area/Beavers Bend'. Your turn is the next right, 0.2 miles further North at the row of mailboxes. After turning right (east) off of Hwy 259, continue through the first intersection, then you will notice the road curves back to the left. The Chillin' Cabin is the 1st driveway past the curve, on the Right. It is about 0.2 miles off the highway.
