	Cancellation Policy	Seas Pol 1- June 23-Sept 3- non refundable unless rebooked and inn sold out entire stay then refund less 10pct cxl fee. Seas Pol 2- 30 days prior to arrival 4/14-6/22 and 9/4-11/1. Cxl 30d prior or no refund. Cxl 30d prior to arrival will pay 150usd.
