The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 up stairs and one on the first floor, The master bedroom boast beautiful view of the sea. Each bedroom is equipped to catch the trade winds, ceiling fans and air conditioning . The bedrooms are furnished with custom made Jamaican furniture.

On the main level of the house you will find the Living room, dinning room, kitchen, laundry room, library/office. and powder room.

On the lower section via mahogany staircases you find a fully stocked bar with its own refrigerator , Flat screen TV, Dart Board, XBox,surround sound, DVD player and bathroom.

The living room is elegantly decorated with marble table, leather sofas, 170 channel Cable TV, DVD player, Home Theater system and over 100 movies for adults and children.


Just opposite the terrace dinning area you will find the swimming pool, sun deck with ocean view. There is a private residents/villa owner beach is only a few yard away. The gounds are professionally landscaped and are planted with a variety of flowers.

Bedroom located on the upper floor with view of the Caribbean sea, has a king size bed, Ceiling fan, AC, private terrace and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and head top shower.
Bedroom 2 on the same level has the master bedroom has have two double beds, Ceiling fan, AC, private terrace with Ocean view and en-suite bathroom with shower combination.
Bedroom 3 on the same level has the master bedroom has have two double beds, Ceiling fan, AC, private terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower combination.
Bedroom 4 on the same level has the master bedroom has have three twin beds, ceiling fan, AC, private terrace with Ocean view and bathroom with shower combination.
Bedroom 5 is located on the first floor (front Entrance)level with garden and has a double bed, Ceiling fan share combination bathroom with bedroom 4.

Other Information

Complimentary airport transfer for all bookings of one week or more. Our van driver will drive will transfer you to and from Montego Bay airport.
Jamaica is a great place to visit, for added security, we have a security system and night security guard on premises. This is included in the villa rate.
