Tongue Youth Hostel

Tongue Youth Hostel is a magnificently situated Lodge on the shores of the Kyle of Tongue. The hostel has extensive views all round - among the best in Scotland.

Recently refurbished the hostel offers very comfortable accommordation in spacious rooms.

There are miles of pristine white beaches where Grey and Common Seals can be seen basking on the sandbanks. Many species of bird and plant life inhabit the moors and shore. Salmon and sea trout fishing are available on the Kyle of Tongue, with brown trout fishing on the lochs.
Tongue hostel i a superb base for walking, cycling, birdwatching and for exploring the historical remains of clearance villages.

The hostel is situated on the north coast of Scotland at the east end of the causeway over the Kyle of Tongue.
