We provide 24 Hours Reception Service, Security and Computerized Touch Access Door with No Curfew / Lockout.

Spacious Living / Activities Room with Roof-Top Garden & BBQ Area are provided as well.

All Rooms (Bed with Linen Provided) are Air-Conditioned while ALL 10 shower is equip with Hot & Cold Pressure Water Heater plus shampoo & body soap provided.

Towel & Blanket are for Rent for Dormitory and Free use of Towel & Quilt for Single, Double & Twin Room.

SUMMER LODGE is a backpackers' hostel and as such may not be suitable for those without any backpacking experience. The place is generally more suitable for genuine independent travellers.

How to find us

FROM AIRPORT

1. By Taxi -
Upon arrival at Kota Kinabalu International Airport (Terminal 1 / Terminal 2) make your way to the taxi coupon counter located just on the right of arrival gate. Buy a coupon and make your way to the front of the airport terminal building. Tell the taxi driver that Summer Lodge is located along the Gaya Street above of Pizza Hut Restaurant & opposite Hong Leong Bank.

FROM BRUNEI / LABUAN / ISLAND FERRY TERMINAL:-
Take a right turn and walk towards city centre along Jalan Pantai (Beach Street) passing Grand Port View Restaurant, Standard Chartered Bank, Rolex, OCBC Bank and RHB Bank. Turn left right after Rainforest Cafe and walk straight ahead. We are right above of Pizza Hut and opposite Hong Leong Bank. Total approximately 10-12 minutes walk.
