Home Hostel is our new name (We were Lisbon Easy Hostel) perfectly fitting to our character: a home away from home!

Combining the charm of a historical building with the confort of modernity, we are located in the heart of the city, between the castle and Bairro Alto - the nightlife quarter - and a next to all the major transport networks.

This means you don´t have to waste your time and money to move around - the major historical and fun areas of Lisbon are all walking distance from the Home Hostel.

As our main concern is that you spend a perfect time with us, we have refurbished everything - new bathrooms with many showers so you don´t have to wait for your turn, a big kitchen were you can cook your own meals, a big living room to party and meet your fellow guests and most importantly, great beds in spacious rooms, all with balconies or big windows to the city.


OH and we can't forget the Playstation 2, the Huge DVD collection and the FREE laundry service.

If all this wasn't enough, we actually bake the bread for breakfast ourselves!

Walk everywhere in the historic center!

From the Airport (Aero-Bus 91): Leave the bus at the PRAÇA DO COMÉRCIO stop, Head straight through the big Arch and continue straight ahead on RUA AUGUSTA street. Cross 3 streets and turn right on the 4th (RUA DE SÃO NICOLAU), you will see a ESTIMA COSMÉTICOS logo at the end - that's our building, the last on the corner with the big green door!

By subway: take the green or the blue line to the BAIXA/CHIADO station. take the RUA DO OURO/RUA DO CRUCIFIXO exit. Once outside, go to the right and then turn left on the first street (RUA DE SÃO NICOLAU), you will see a ESTIMA COSMÉTICOS logo at the end - that's our building - the last on the corner with the big green door!

From the Santa Apolónia train Station: Take any bus to the the PRAÇA DO COMÉRCIO stop (there are many!) and then follow the instructions above for the airport shuttle bus.

From the ORIENTE or SETE RIOS bus/train station: Follow the subway instructions (red and then green line for ORIENTE).

By taxi: NEVER PAY MORE THAN 15€!!! Try catching one from the departures area instead of the arrivals - they are more reliable. Just go up the stairs to the departures and then outside. Any problem ask a full receipt and call the police.

PS: Right now the PRAÇA DO COMÉRCIO square is under renovation so you might have to leave the Buses at the RUA DA PRATA stop.
