Description - Ai Musei
'ai Musei' is an Indipendent bed-and-breakfast apartment ,always given in exclusive at 5 minutes walking from Città Alta in the cultural and artistical town center, directly collected to the airport and the rail station by bus,it has just been renovated and it is situated in a silent courtyard of an historical old mansion. Free and payment parking nearby.
Characteristic of the house is also the presence of works of Contemporary Art.
Very close to Città Alta, in Via S. Tomaso n.57 it overlooks Piazzetta San Tomaso where Modern and Contemporary Museums of Art lie.'ai Musei' lies in front of the Ancient Art Museum ' Pinacoteca Accademia Carrara'.
Walking along Via San Tomaso you will come out of Via Pignolo where the Diocesan Museum Bernareggi is situated.
Porta S. Agostino in the Old town will be easily reached from the house walking for 5 minutes along the steps ' Via Della Noca'.
In the flat there are 2 bedrooms to accommodate up to 4 people,suitable for families or groups of friends, but even for a couple or a single person who needs a house to live in.
The b&b apartment 'ai Musei' has been completely furnished and consists of a small entry on the ground floor, a bathroom with a wide shower, and equipped kitchen .
There is a double bed room; on the mezzanine (to be reached by a winding staircase) there is another double bed room with a toilet.
On demand we can organize guided tour to the museums and to the old town.
Taxi on demand from Orio al Serio Airport for 15 Euro.
Directions
DIRECTLY CONNECTED WITH THE AIRPORT AND RAIL STATION by bus:from the airport take the bus for 'città alta' stop immediatly before 'Porta S.Agostino' then take Via Pignolo and the first at left is Via S.Tomaso (5 minutes walking from the stop bus )
