Surrounding Area
Nanaimo is the city surrounded by wonderful areas for fishing, hiking, swimming and birdwatching not to mention the myriad of biking and walking trails throughout. Our waterfront is a busy port as well as an interesting place to watch the seals, eages, boaters and fishing fleets come in to enjoy the piers.
Accommodations
Since moving to Nanaimo in 2002, when we first fell in love with this 1913 Victoria/Craftsman style home, we have been busy renovating and restoring this unusual house into a first class residence. We offer our guests a complete rest and discovery of what we have done, as well as the close proximity to the rest of the downtown area, including walking distance to Bowen Park, ninety acres of wilderness and a the Millstone River waterfall.

Rooms/Suites
Our bedrooms feature comfort and antique style, complete with old fashioned synthetic featherbed mattresses atop our brand new inches thick mattresses! Your choice of king or queen with ajoining bathroom. Rise and shine at your convenience, as breakfast times are your choice.

Downtown Nanaimo offers all the amenities that travellers might want. Hiking and fishing trips can be arranged while you visit. We are walking distance to downtown restaurants of every ethnic origin, and very close to the new aquatic, exercise centre. Conference facilities are first rate, as are the numerous clubs, art galleries and antique shops and book sellers.
