Surrounding Area

I live in Croatia in town Split. This is an Mediterranean town on Adriatic coast. It's a sunny town with beautiful beach's and very clean and warm sea and 1700 years old historical buildings. In the center of town there is Diokletian's palace which is under the UNESCO protection and around the center are many old monuments, that anyone with a cultural respect will appreciate and admire. Just 30 min out of town there are mountains where both old and young people can go walking and breath clean and fresh air with beautiful sight on town and many islands around.
Beautiful beaches near by are world famous and provide a beautiful sunny experience during the day and a great party place at night, especially world famous Bacvice", which is a sandy and sunny beach surrounded by bars, night clubs and great places to eat home made specialties.


All in all Split will give you beautiful memories that will follow you all your life and are always gonna make you want to come back.

Accommodations

My apartments are near by the center of town, near by beach's and disco bars. I have an apartments and rooms with private bathroom and rooms with shared bathroom and I can take up to 40 people in it.Arround the house is a big garden and free parking. Are rooms are very clean, safe, spacious and mainly have a balcony. Linens and towels are included, and a fan is also included.

Rooms are big, comfort and very sunny. There are double bed, triple and single bed in it. They have a TV. They have a balcony with a view to sea and islands. Very comfortable, spacious, clean and safe. Linens and towels included. Also a fan is included in the offer.

Amenities

Are accommodation offer a kitchen, in which you can prepare a breakfast, a laundry machine for a special fee, a barbecue is also possible, restaurants and night clubs are very close to my accommodation.

Restrictions

No restrictions, but people must be decent and nice. We accept kids, pets and people of all sorts and races as long as they behave properly.

Rates & Availability

We accept people 24-7, no limitations, five days through week. Rates are listed, but are rooms start at very low prices per person per night.

Directions

When you come at the bus/train station, in old town, you can take a taxi that will drive you for 3 min to apartments located on Matice Hrvatske 88. Or you can go on the bus number 18 on the left side of market called Bazar (there fruit, vegetables and souvenirs are sold) and on the 3rd station you go out and straight down the street for 3-4 min of walking you will see a big yellow house on the right side of street. Or you can call me so that I would wait you on the station where the bus number 18 leads you.
Also it is possible to pick you up from the train/bus station (it is a single station) for a fee of 50 kunas, or if you come by airplane we can pick you up from the airport for a fee of 250 kuna.
