We offer to our dear guests house Katarina with two apartments Danijela , which can accommodate 4 persons and studio Petra which can accommodate 2 persons for rent. It is newly renovated, full furnished and located in an old authentic stone house with its own entrance.

The three star 'APARTMENT DANIJELA'' is situated in the centre of the old town of Dubrovnik, freshly renovated and refurbished. The apartment Danijela is about 60 sqm big. On your disposal is a bath-room with shower and a WC, washing machine and towels included), a kitchen with all equipment for cooking and eating , a two double bedrooms (with the sheets), a TV and air-condition and a living room.

About 100 m from the apartments is an super-market, there are restaurants and coffeehouses and there is a big market for vegetables and fruits.

There is also a second 'STUDIO ROOM PETRA', about 20 sqm, with a mini kitchen with all equipment, a bathroom and bedroom ( TV).

'AKA APARTMENT' is situated in the restored residential object which dates from the 16-th century.There are no stairs on your way to the house and it is not far from Stradun ;the main street in the old city of Dubrovnik.
Apartment Aka has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen.
Apartment provides the finest comfort, with antique style furnishings, including all modern conveniences ( SAT TV,air conditional,washing machine).
The apartment is very suitable for the older guests and person who have problem with climbing stairs.

City beach is 300 m from the apartments ( east&west beach),from the old harbour boats leaves you to the beautifull small island Lokrum

On the second and third floor there is apartment Danijela which can accommodate 4 persons. Apartment consists two double bedrooms, bathroom with wash machine ,living room and full equipped kitchen.

Both apartments are air conditioned.

For our guests we make transfer from the airport to the apartment (extra charge).
