Responsibilities:Overall operations responsibilities of the company and ensuring professional/ timely services are met at all times. Ensuring all teams/ departments are working in harmony including managing and coordinating company resources. Responsible of developing customized travel campaigns that the sales team use to target our different markets. Managing all suppliers and ensuring delivery of service surpass expectations at all times i.e. hotels, airlines, transporters etc. Ensuring customer feedback is well received and adjustments made where necessary in future itineraries. Participating in weekly directors/ finance meetings and providing way forward in terms of resources, suppliers, customer expectations, marketing channels, effectiveness of our service and overall company performance/ projections.
Field Experience:
Extensively traveled throughout East Africa in the main cities, in National Parks and Game Reserves, exploring all National attractions.
•Educational Tours, Fact finding Tours and Field trips covering the following:
Excursions – (City Tours, Carnivore, Nairobi National Park, Dephan Sheldrick, Bomas of Kenya, Karen Blixen Museum, Giraffe Centre,
